What will I be asked for when I call?

  • The policy number as shown on the certificate of motor insurance
  • The driver's personal details
  • Full details of what happened - date of the incident including the details of any other people or vehicles involved and any witnesses names and addresses.

In addition, MISL Zenith Marque has partnered with Vertu Motors plc to offer a brand new benefit to policyholders. In the event of a total loss claim, the customer is offered a bespoke vehicle replacement solution, providing them with full support in sourcing a like-for-like vehicle, or upgrade, regardless of the make, model or budget.
